AusPost is Australia's national postal service, and Sendle is a courier service that specialises in sustainable shipping. Both partners have a proven track record of delivering packages quickly and reliably, so you can trust that your order will arrive on time and in good condition.
Delivery Time & Cost
We typically ship orders within 24-48 hours, and delivery times vary depending on your location. Most customers receive their orders within 3-12 business days.
We believe in transparency when it comes to shipping fees. If your order us over $100 you qualify for free shipping, under $100, shipping cost $12.50.
We also offer express shipping for customers who need their orders delivered quickly. By selecting this option, you can have your items delivered to you faster for a fee of $25.00.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from one of our stores, we'll send you an email to keep you informed about your delivery. This shipping notification email will include your tracking information, which can be used to track your package on eitherAusPostor Sendle.
It's important to keep in mind that your tracking information may not be immediately searchable in the system, as it can take up to 4 hours for it to become available.
Online Return Policy (14 Days)
If you happen to change your mind about a product you've purchased from ManCave Workwear, don't worry! We'll provide you with a full refund the product/s.
To get started, go to thislinkand our eCommerce team will be happy to assist you. To receive your refund, the product must be brand new, unworn, box in perfect condition, and have all of its original tags. Please note that return delivery will be at the customer's expense.
In the rare event that there's an issue with the product you receive, please take photos of the fault and send them to us. We'll then forward these photos to the brand for them to assess the issue and allow us to issue you a refund.
Refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
International Shipping
At ManCave Workwear, we're happy to offer international shipping for our customers worldwide. However, please keep in mind that the cost of international shipping typically starts at around $60 AUD.
