Returns & Exchanges

Man Cave Workwear is focused on customer satisfaction, we take precautions to ensure your product arrives safely in good condition. If you are unhappy with a purchase made online, simply contact us within 21 days of your order being placed to discuss the issue. If you have purchased an item in-store, then see below for details.

Online Purchases

  •  Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging tags and materials included when you received the item

  • All returns must include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase

  • Returns for online purchases are accepted within 21 days of submitting your order to allow for delivery times

  • Postage of the returned items will be the responsibility of the person or company returning the items except where the product being returned is a faulty item and has an RMA 

  • Online purchases can be exchanged for size, style or store credit

  •  Please be aware, we reserve the right not to issue refunds for 'change of mind'. Under consumer law, it is the responsibility of the consumer to make an informed decision before committing to a purchase. We can issue store credit to be used towards another item in our store


In-Store Purchases

  • When returning items purchased in-store, please contact the store directly where possible as this can speed up the process

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all packaging tags and materials included when you received the item

  • All returns must include a copy of the receipt or proof of purchase

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of Purchase to the store it was purchased from

  • In-store purchases will be exchanged for size, style or store credit

  • Please be aware, we reserve the right not to issue refunds for 'change of mind'. Under consumer law, it is the responsibility of the consumer to make an informed decision before committing to a purchase. We can issue store credit to be used towards another item in our store

Faulty Products

Man Cave takes steps to ensure the quality of products delivered is at a high standard. However, in rare cases there are problems with the suppliers manufacturing process and we encounter faulty products. If you believe your product to be faulty you can send us an email 

Your email should include:

  • Photos of the defect or alleged fault

  • receipt or proof of purchase

  • a brief description of the fault and how it presented

Man Cave may pass this information along to the manufacturer to assess the item. If the product is within the manufacturer's warranty and is deemed faulty, we will issue you with an RMA number so you can return the goods.

Returning Items in Original Condition

  • Items purchased must always be returned in the condition they were sent in. The Box, tags and extra documents or materials included with the item must be returned. If the box or any materials included are not returned with the item, it will be sent back to you and you will not receive a refund.

  • The item being returned must be in an unworn unused condition, if the item has any marks, stains, dirt, smells or damaged product tags we will return the item to you and you will not receive a refund 

  • When trying on clothing or footwear, please use a carpeted floor in a clean environment where possible to ensure that your return will be accepted if its the wrong size or fit
